Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Buddhism

Buddha was a great experimenter, he devised meditations and paths which would help humans for centuries to come. These meditations are like internal alchemy- they change you. The effect of ‘Mindfulness’ – a Buddhist technique has been exhaustively studied by neuroscientists. As we move towards the age where artificial intelligence is ubiquitous, the Buddhist Psychology – which provides an insight into mind and brain can help us in dealing with issues like – Ethics in AI.  A greater understanding of how our intelligence works can also help us to devise better AI algorithms. 
I believe that in the coming years ‘Ethics in AI’ should take a forefront, and thus with my belief that technology should be used to augment and better human life, I have been studying Buddhism, for some time now. Below are some of the published work from my studies:
